Tolerancia de leads
Example
| Affiliate | Offer | Total leads |
Total leads (ex. doubles) |
Leads | Conversions | Canceled % | Tolerance % | Tolerance threshold | Out of tolerance | To cancel | Payable leads | |||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pending | Confirmed | Canceled | Double | Pending | Approved | Canceled | ||||||||||
| X | Y | 36 | 25 | 0 | 14 | 11 | 11 | 25 | 0 | 11 | 44.00% | 30.00% | 7 | 4 | 4 | 21 |
In the Double column, the count includes doubles, potential doubles, and trash.
In this example the 11 canceled conversions are doubles/trash, which are always canceled automatically and therefore are included in canceled conversions.
The tolerance threshold is 7, so the out of tolerance leads are 4.
Those 4 are still to cancel, and the payable leads are 21.
How to read the numbers
This is the percentage of canceled leads on the total, excluding doubles.
11 canceled out of 25 usable leads = 44%
This is the maximum number of canceled leads that can still be tolerated.
25 x 30% = 7.5, so the tolerance threshold is 7, rounded down
This is the difference between canceled leads and the tolerance threshold.
11 canceled - 7 tolerated = 4 out of tolerance
In this case the 4 out-of-tolerance leads are still left to cancel.
4 out of tolerance - 0 already closed = 4 to cancel
They are obtained by subtracting the out-of-tolerance leads from the total, excluding doubles. These are the leads to approve and pay to the affiliate.
25 usable leads - 4 out of tolerance = 21 payable leads
Meaning of the main columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | These are the positive leads in the selected period. In Configuración de leads you can set the rules that decide which leads are considered positive and which are considered negative. |
| Double | This column includes doubles, potential doubles, and trash. |
| Canceled | These are the negative leads in the selected period. |
| Total leads (ex. doubles) | This is the total used for the calculation after removing doubles. |
| Canceled % | This is the percentage of canceled leads on the total, excluding doubles. |
| Tolerance % | This is the canceled rate accepted for that offer. |
| Tolerance threshold | This is the maximum number of canceled leads that can still be tolerated. |
| Out of tolerance | These are the leads above the tolerance threshold. |
| Pending / approved conversions | These are the conversions still open. This is what creates the "To cancel" value. |
| To cancel | These are the out-of-tolerance leads that still need to be canceled. |
| Payable leads | This is the final number of leads that can remain approved. |
When "To cancel" is lower than "Out of tolerance"
Out of tolerance counts the leads above the threshold. To cancel counts the open conversions that still need to be closed.
For that reason the two values are not always the same. If part of the excess has already been closed, To cancel can be lower.
